We want all players to become a "GREENLIGHT" shooter meaning that everytime that they touch the ball they have a "greenlight" to shoot the ball. In this Triumph specific program drill we will show you a 20 minute workout that if done daily for 4-6 weeks can dramatically change a players game.
DRILL RULES:
The shots must be performed in order and done in a 20 minute time frame.
Players must count how many 3-pointers they make and record them each day.
When shooting threes in this drill the player can only allow the ball to bounce once after each shot taken.
Players must shoot a different spot each time on the 3 pointers.

There is basically one rule - Be honest and dont cheat! You have to do this everyday no matter what. It is quick so players will need to plan their time as well. Parents sign their forms so they have some at home accountability. The images are below - Print and start.
