DAILY WORKOUTS INFO:

Triumph has created a Daily Workout Program for our Spring and Summer players.

RULES:

Workouts will be posted each day by 8AM. Please complete the workout and FORM listed on our site before 10:30PM each night. The player leaderboard will be updated DAILY and posted at 8AM with the new workout. All boys and girls are eligible. 

How it Works: 

1. Players receive 5-10 Points each day they complete a workout. Workouts will be uploaded everyday along with VIDEO(S) that can help players. We will develop a VIDEO DRILL LIBRARY so players have a reference point.
2. The CHECK BOXES at the bottom of the form are sometimes bonus items worth 1 point each.
3. We will tabulate the points each day and post on our LEADERBOARD so you can see where you are in the standings.
4. Randon BONUS competitions will pop-up to keep people activated and earn additional make-up points. 
5. Tie-Breakers: In the event of a TIE ... We will have a shoot-off Free Throw Competition - Once we have received the ALL CLEAR. 

Winners Will Recieve:

ALL Players who complete each daily workout will receive a TSHIRT in Late May.
