OUR PHILOSOPHY

It is simple, we believe in high discipline, character first, and skill development as the foundations of our program.

OUR GOALS

We hope to create an environment where the following things can happen:

  1. Help the player improve their game.
  2. Support their High School program by being flexible and a resource for High School coaches.
  3. Compete all the time - practices and games.
  4. Put players in situations to be seen by coaches at the next level.
  5. Mentor kids on life lessons - using the Bible as a resource.

OUR TEAM

All of the individuals who coach for a Triumph team all places the emphasis on the player and their development. Most of our coaches are not paid and work with kids because this is a TRUE passion for them. The best thing about our coaches is they are extremely gifted and have a real knack for improving a players ability and basketball IQ.

 

We are one of the few organizations that sits down with each player and their families and have a meaningful conversation about the goals for the upcomming season. We also have a volunteer who makes phone calls to college coaches on behalf of our players, and helps the player get more exsposure.
